FLOWiGANTT is an AI-powered product development platform that helps users transform business ideas into detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), technical architectures, and development task breakdowns. We provide tools and services to facilitate project planning and documentation generation.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Service Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FLOWiGANTT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

Payment Processing

All payments for subscriptions and services are processed securely through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. By making a purchase, you agree to LemonSqueezy's Buyer Terms of Service. LemonSqueezy handles payment processing, tax collection, and compliance on our behalf.

Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans with different features and pricing. All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location. Taxes are calculated and collected by LemonSqueezy in accordance with applicable laws.

Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You will be charged the subscription fee on the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we increase the price of your subscription, we will provide at least 30 days notice before the change takes effect. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWiGANTT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
