At FLOWiGANTT, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our subscription services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase or renewal. Refunds requested after this period will not be eligible unless required by applicable law.

Eligible Reasons for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the service that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe
  • Service not functioning as described and we are unable to provide the promised functionality
  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Billing errors on our part

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind after using the service
  • Failure to use the service or lack of understanding of how to use it
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period (unless required by law)
  • Refunds for subscriptions that have been canceled and then reactivated

3. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at admin@flowigantt.xyz with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation

Refund Review

We will review your refund request within 5-7 business days. We may contact you for additional information if needed. Once approved, the refund will be processed through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval. The exact time depends on your payment provider and may take longer for some payment methods.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

No Refund for Partial Periods

If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your current billing period unless required by applicable law. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the period you have paid for.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. First, check your bank account or credit card statement again. Refunds may take time to appear.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you still have not received your refund after following the above steps, please contact us at admin@flowigantt.xyz with your order details and we will investigate.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

7. Payment Processor

All payments are processed through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy and will be credited to your original payment method. For questions about payment processing, please refer to LemonSqueezy's Buyer Terms of Service.

8. Legal Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional consumer rights regarding refunds, those rights remain in effect. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
